The host met us at the post office, after a long, very difficult, and expensive, phone call.
We were told the room had air-con but there wasn't any and no fan. The host did not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate. He took our passports, as per law, but disappeared for over 30 minutes. I then called him and had to request the passports back. He was impossible to find when we wanted to check-out.
