Much space and a nice terrass
This accommodation is not for those who wish to stay up past like eleven at night. The host was extraordinary strict with any noises produced at anything not being daytime hours. We would have a beer out on the terrace and they would come out angry on their balcony and tell us to be quiet. The host even came down and knocked on our door one morning telling us how we had scared of other guests and disturbed the whole neighborhood. Thing is, a car passing by or people talking in a regular tone out on the street produced just as much noise. This is due to the walls being paper thin. We had a good share of disturbing noises from the neighbors. Finally one should add that the sea view is a truth with modification. The house has to levels. The picture on the website is taken from the upper level where to host lives. The terrace you will be having has only a partial view of the sea, with two big houses in front blocking of some 75 per cent of the view.
